These terms govern your use of EWay Technologies services and the BrightPath and SpendSense Pro applications, operated by Shams Tabrez.

Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, or using the Brightpath and SpendSense Pro mobile application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which constitute a legal agreement between you and EWay Technologies.

2a. BrightPath Disclaimer: BrightPath is designed strictly as an educational and sensory regulation supplement tool for wellness support. It is not a regulated medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical or psychological condition. It should never replace professional clinical advice, diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention.

2b. SpendSense Disclaimer: SpendSense Pro is designed strictly as a tool with smart expense and receipt-tracking application designed to help users manage their personal finances. It doesnt provide any financial advise or suggestions.

3. Subscriptions & Billing: Access to BrightPath and SpendSense Pro Premium content requires an active, auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged directly to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is explicitly turned off inside your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Cancellations & Management: You maintain complete control over your subscription. You can manage, change, or cancel your auto-renewable subscription plan at any time directly through your iOS system App Store Account Settings after purchase.

5. Standard Framework: Except where explicitly superseded by custom clauses herein, the usage of this application is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). EWay Technologies reserves the right to update these terms to remain in alignment with platform regulations.
