Building a HIPAA-Compliant Data Platform for a HealthTech Innovator

We created a secure cloud platform for managing and analyzing patient data, enabling groundbreaking medical research.

The Challenge

A health-tech company needed a platform to securely store and analyze sensitive patient data for research purposes. The platform had to be fully HIPAA compliant, scalable to handle large datasets, and provide powerful analytics tools for researchers without technical backgrounds.

The Solution

We designed and built a secure data platform on AWS, using services like S3 for data storage, and Redshift for data warehousing. All data was encrypted at rest and in transit. We implemented strict access control policies and audit logs to ensure HIPAA compliance. A user-friendly web interface was created using React, allowing researchers to run complex queries and visualize data with a simple point-and-click interface.
